Starting therapy is a big step. This brief intake call gives us a chance to connect, talk about what you’re looking for support with, and see if working together feels like a good fit. This call is not therapy, but a low-pressure space to feel out a relationship together and make an informed decision before committing to deeper psychotherapeutic work together.
If we fit together, we’ll talk about scheduling full therapy sessions together, ideally in person. If not, I’m happy to refer you to other resources that may be a better fit.
